High School / College / Pro Individual Training sessions will be conducted by one of our Elite Trainers or Founder, Brandon Hogg all who have extensive Pro or College level playing experience. Our goal is to help get your athlete to the next level or prepare for the next season.
Individual training is designated for athletes who are committed and passionate about basketball and improving their skills and mindset. At MidPro we require the athlete (regardless of skill level) to be focused, driven and disciplined during their individual session to get the most of each drill and time with the trainer.
Our Individual trainers will evaluate each athlete and discuss goals for each session. With our small group or 1 on 1 approach we will customize a training plan specific to each athlete's needs.
